Replacing Waterfall Methodologies at Microsoft
Then, on Saturday I met with a friend who works at Microsoft and who supervises systems development methodologies Microsoft uses for building its internal information systems. For many projects, they've given up on the waterfall development methodologies. Currently his group is focused on scrum, one of the agile development methodologies.
